How it works

First, you build the list.

Pick tasks, add photos, see a provisional price. About three minutes.

Then we review and confirm.

A booking request is not an appointment. We call or text to confirm the time and the price.

A technician shows up ready.

Right anchors for your wall, floor protection down, one trip.

You sign off. Done.

Walk-through on every task, then you pay. Materials billed separately.

Half a day for $499.

Four hours of handyman labor, one trip, tools included. Blocks run from $229 for 90 minutes to $949 for a full day. If per-task is cheaper, we bill per-task. Never both.

All services

We refer out

Electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, and keyed lock work go to licensed professionals. We say so up front instead of improvising.

Before you book

Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit it?

No. Submitting the form creates a booking request with a reference number. We review the tasks, photos, and your preferred times, then call or text to confirm the appointment and final price. Nothing is locked in until you hear from us.

Are the prices on the site final?

They are starting prices and package rates. The estimate you see while building your list is provisional; we confirm it after reviewing your request. If something changes on site (a hidden stud, a different wall type), we tell you before doing extra work.

Do you bring the mounts, shelves, or hardware?

We bring standard anchors, fasteners, and tools. Mounts, shelves, curtain rods, and decorative hardware are usually supplied by you; we can pick up standard items for you at cost with your approval.

What don't you do?

Anything that legally requires a licensed trade in New York: new outlets or in-wall power, hardwired fixtures and doorbells, plumbing beyond caulking and accessory mounting, gas, structural, or load-bearing work. Lock installation in NYC also requires a DCWP locksmith license, so we currently offer non-keyed door hardware only. We'll point you to the right pro.

Which neighborhoods do you serve?

At launch: Whitestone, Beechhurst, Bayside, College Point, Flushing, Douglaston and Little Neck in Queens, plus Great Neck and Manhasset in Nassau County. Enter your ZIP at the start of the booking form to check.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes, every visit has a minimum of $150 so we can send an insured technician with the right tools. Combining a few small tasks into one visit is the best value, and our packages are priced for exactly that.

Can I book for a co-op or condo building?

Yes. Tell us about elevator reservations, certificate-of-insurance requirements, or work-hour rules in the access step and we'll handle the paperwork with your management office before the visit.

How do I pay?

We invoice after the work is done and you've signed off. Card, Zelle, and check are accepted. No deposit is collected online.

The list.
Done.

Three minutes to build it. We confirm the time and price before anyone shows up.
