Prices you can read before you call
Two ways to pay: per task at the starting prices below, or a time-block package when you have a list. When you build your to-do list we show both and recommend the lower one. Estimates are provisional until we review your request.
Book a block, clear the list
Labor on site for the full block. Materials not included. Packages are not combined with per-task prices: your visit is one or the other.
Quick Fix
Up to 90 minutes of labor. Two or three small tasks like a TV mount and a few pictures, or a door fix and a shelf.

The fine print, in plain English
Minimum visit: $150
Every visit has a minimum so we can send an insured technician with the right tools. Bundling small tasks is the best value.
Packages vs. per-task
We never add a package price on top of per-task prices. If your tasks fit a package and the package is cheaper, we recommend it. If per-task is cheaper, we bill per-task.
If a visit runs long
If a visit runs past its package time, additional labor is billed in 30-minute increments at $75 per half hour, always approved by you first.
Materials
Materials (mounts, anchors, shelves, hardware, caulk) are not included unless listed. We can bring standard anchors and fasteners; specialty items are billed at cost with your approval.
North Shore travel
Queens visits have no travel charge. Nassau North Shore visits add one travel & scheduling fee per visit, shown before you submit: Great Neck $45; Manhasset $45; Port Washington & Sands Point $75; Roslyn & Roslyn Heights $75. It is never applied to Queens addresses.
Parking and buildings
Street parking is included. Paid garage or lot parking required by the building is billed at cost. Certificate-of-insurance paperwork for co-ops and condos is handled at no charge.

The number you see online is a starting point. We confirm time and price after reviewing your tasks and photos, before anything is scheduled, and we never start extra work without your approval.
- Electrical work (new outlets, in-wall power, hardwired fixtures or doorbells) — licensed electrician required
- Plumbing beyond caulking and accessory mounting — licensed plumber required
- Structural, load-bearing, or gas work
- Lock installation and servicing in NYC until a DCWP Locksmith license is confirmed
- Anything outside an active service area
