Describe anything not on the list and add a photo. If it's ordinary handyman work we'll price it; if it needs a licensed trade we'll say so.

Do you paint the drywall patch?
We leave the patch sanded and ready for paint. If you have the matching paint on hand we'll touch it up during the same visit; color matching and full-wall painting are quoted separately through Dream Homes Remodeling.
Do you fix leaking faucets or running toilets?
Those are plumbing repairs that require a licensed plumber in NYC. We handle caulking, accessory mounting, and cosmetic fixes around the fixtures.
