The Challenge

The home was chopped into small, dark rooms with a load-bearing wall blocking the main floor, making the space feel far smaller than its footprint.

The Plan

We engineered and installed a structural beam to safely remove the load-bearing wall, gutted the main floor to the studs, rerouted mechanicals, and rebuilt with an open layout and custom millwork.

The Result

A dramatic, light-filled open-concept main floor — engineered to code, built to last, and finished with millwork that anchors the entire home.
